I am excited to be working exclusively with a leading global organisation within the chemical, oil, and gas industry to recruit for a brand-new HR business partner.

Reporting into both the Group HR Manager and the Group Compensation & Benefits Director, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a growing, fast placed and driven environment with a well-established and successful HR team.

In this role, you will…

• Business partner and provide advice and support to senior leaders across three client groups
• Design, manage and lead on strategic projects that improve the employee experience such as market alignment benchmarking and early careers initiatives
• Actively support strategic workforce planning and recruitment campaigns
• Support ER cases and own performance management for your client groups

About you:

• You are CIPD qualified (or equivalent professional qualification)
• You have 5-7 years' experience as a HR business partner supporting the full employee lifecycle
• You have strong demonstrated data analytics experience (comfortable analysing and working with people data, as well as being proficient in using Microsoft Excel)
• You thrive on a challenge and are prepared to push yourself in a dynamic and varied environment
• You will also need proven experience in TUPE, employee relations, reward/benefits, as well as strategic workforce planning
• You have excellent stakeholder management skills
• You can travel to multiple sites on an adhoc basis
