A very exciting opportunity for an Equality Diversity & Inclusion Associate Partner to join a University in London! This is a permanent position and the team are looking to start the interview process quickly.

Client Details

A reputable University based in West London, offering hybrid working.

Description

The successful EDI Partner will be responsible for:

* Driving change and taking initiative to implement new policies and procedures within OD

* Supporting the development and implementation of EDI strategies

* Promoting EDI strategy around the University - Athena Swan

* Supporting colleagues in driving forward their EDI agendas

* Raising awareness of plans and strategies across the board

* Working with the Student EDI team to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.

Profile

The successful EDI Partner must have:

* Understanding of best practice across EDI spectrum

* Awareness of Athena Swan and other EDI charter marks

* CIPD or EDI qualification

* Experience of a similar role.
