HR Systems Trainer

Trainer-HR Systems, 18 Month FTC, £45,000-£55,000 + Car allowance, Midlands & North.

Hays are excited to represent a large, rapidly growing, fast paced, leading distribution organisation, in Northamptonshire, who are seeking an HR Systems Trainer, for an 18 Month FTC.

Your new role
As a Trainer-HR Systems-18 Month FTC, you will be responsible for delivering training on an HR Time and Attendance system, Kronos, you will be delivering training on, how sites clock in and out of the business and how it generates pay rises/holidays/ etc. You will be required to travel to sites across the midlands and north of the UK, you will cover three sites at a time and this will involve some over night stays.


What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as a Trainer, who has delivered HR Systems training, on an HR Time & Attendance system, experience delivering training on Kronos would be advantageous. You must have a full, clean, UK driving licence and your own transport and be happy to travel on a weekly basis.
