What is the role
Working in a complex matrix organisation, the pace is fast. This is a niche role covering 3 key areas. Performance Management, Succession Planning and Talent Mapping. The business is going through a period of transformation and as such this person will be fully involved in managing projects as well as rolling up their sleeves with the day to day BAU. This person will also be relied upon to think strategically, plan for the future and come up with innovative ideas and solutions.
The ideal person will have experience in a similar role working for a forward thinking professional services firm with global exposure. This person may have an L&D background, looking to specialise. Attention to detail and the ability to analyse data and put reports together is essential.
