Hybrid working
My client is a highly regarded global law firm based in London who pride themselves on their company culture and collaborative working style. They are recruiting for an experienced HRBP with natural gravitas to join their dynamic team.
What is the role
Working in a complex matrix organisation, this person will be responsible for employee relations, providing guidance when needed, resource planning and taking on projects around HR procedures. This person will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, act as strategic business partner to client groups, take the lead and be the go-to expert across HR. This person will coach and mentor junior team members as well as work on strategic projects, coming up with ideas and initiatives in order to improve processes.
Candidate Profile
The ideal person will have 5+ years' experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally from a professional services background who is looking to bring their experience to a new team.
