I am recruiting for a Charity who are looking to hire a Payroll Coordinator.

Payroll Coordinator - up to £45K - Hybrid - Based in City of London

Key Skills and Responsibilities

  • Take lead and responsibility for delivering an end-to-end complexed monthly payroll and and nominal transfer journals.
  • Lead on auditing
  • Process all statutory payments
  • Manage schedule of monthly payroll review meetings to allow sufficient time for processing,
  • Post all payroll related journals on to company accounting system MS Dynamics Business Central
  • Prepare the payroll data and ensure submission of statutory reports, such as P11D; P60, PSA and year end returns;
  • Provide legislative and technical advice to Finance and HR colleagues
  • Respond to employee queries in a professional and timely manner;
  • Prepare payroll reports for audits and management, including monthly variance analysis

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years Payroll experience
  • Experience of overseas payroll desirable
  • A good level of accounting knowledge is essential
  • Experience using WorldPay system
  • Confident communication skills
