Reward Analyst (Executive Compensation)

Oakleaf Partnership are working with a large UK retailer who are recruiting for a Reward Analyst (Executive Compensation) to join their group reward team, looking after their top 300 employees across the UK.
About the role
You will be providing analytical support to reward managers on the end of year cycle including, salary review and bonus review. Day to day your responsibilities will include data modelling and building and creating dashboards within excel. You will be communicating with senior stakeholders within the organisation, providing assistance with RemCo papers and be involved with some project work.
Candidate Profile / Experience
The successful candidate will have a strong analytical background and 2 - 3 years' experience working in reward. You will need to have strong communication skills and prior experience dealing with senior stakeholders is essential. Furthermore, you will have advanced excel skills including, building and creating dashboards, VLookups and Pivot tables.
