Working closely with all members of the practice this new role is an opportunity to ensure their core values are embedded in all HR functions, along with providing administration and coordination support for all aspects of HR.

Client Details

  • All aspects of HR administration including processing starters and leavers, absence management, maintaining PDR and training records
  • Arranging and delivering new starter inductions
  • Liaising with Directors and Studio Manager to design, implement and manage HR processes
  • Liaise with Finance Manager on payroll
  • Assist Directors and Studio Manager with liaison with employment law consultancy
  • All aspects of recruitment from advertising vacancies, reviewing CV's, arranging interviews and issuing offers of employment
  • Involvement in internal working groups to ensure continuous improvement across employee benefits
  • Assist Director and Studio Manager in administration and co-ordination in relation to Investors in People Accreditation
  • Administration support and telephone cover when required

Description

  • Minimum 2 years general HR experience and a basic understanding of employment law. Ideally qualified to Associate Diploma in People Management level (Minimum Foundation Certificate in People Practice)
  • Excellent IT skills including in-house databases and Microsoft software
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build relationships
  • Excellent time management skills

Job Offer

  • 1:00pm finish and work from home every Friday!
  • Salary of £30,000-£32,000 (pro rata)

  • 23 days holiday per annum, rising after three year's service to 24 days then to 25 days per annum after a further year. (Plus, bank holidays)
