Talent Acquisition Specialist - Commercial

  • Permanent
  • upto £45,000 + Quarterly bonuses

Oakleaf Partnership Midlands are partnering with a technology firm on a Talent Acquisition Specialist position.

This role is a remote based role to be based in the UK. This is a great role with a great growing tech firm. They are circa 200 employees, and this role would be recruiting globally across all of technology. They serve millions of active users across the globe on a daily basis via tech and operations hubs in more than 10 countries.

The business is looking for further growth, you will need to be a personality that likes working at incredible speed and pace in a quick changing environment. This is a real entrepreneurial environment.

This is an ideal for someone who has aroun 5+ years in recruitment with at least 2 years in house experience. We do need someone who has recruited commercial roles such as Marketing, Business Development, Finance etc before and is able to speak to candidates in this arena and work on live vacancies from day one.

This role reports to the Head of Talent in the business and you can be based anywhere in the UK.

  • Experiened recruiter with Internal recruitment experience.
  • TA specialist who has recruited commercial roles
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lead vacancies from start to finish
  • Able to work globally
