Payroll Specialist - £50,000- £60,000 + Bonus - City of London

Frazer Jones are delighted to be partnering with a leading and growing trading firm on a exclusive basis to recruit a Payroll Specialist on a permanent basis.

Our client is offering hybrid working with a requirement of 3 days per week in the office.

The Role:

• Preparing updates to payroll records, monitoring changes in compensation, and completing month-end, quarterly, and annual processes
• Assisting with monthly payroll reports, reconciliations, and review of year-end forms (e.g., P60, PSA, STBV)
• Providing support to the larger payroll team during audits
• Maintaining payroll and internal control procedures
• Keeping up with best practices and current payroll laws and regulations
• Recommending ways to improve and automate payroll processes

Skills required:

• 2-5 years of end to end UK payroll experience
• Workday system experience is a bonus
• team player
• Strong excel skills
