Description
- Lead and manage the shared services team to proactively problem solve queries and provide an excellent service to an employee group of circa 1000
- Act as the subject matter expert for line managers and staff in relation to recruitment processes
- Analyse current systems and ensure all processes are streamlined and efficient
- Manage various projects, connecting HR, Recruitment and shared services together.
