Our client is looking for a HR Assistant that is has experience within the HR sector. They want you to join their well established team to provide support in all HR areas.

Description

You will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • 360 recruitment process
  • Communicating with line managers, understanding their job briefs and advising were necessary
  • Advertising the roles
  • Organising multiple diaries, to arrange interview slots
  • Receiving feedback, sending offer letters, organising the onboarding
  • Tracking where the candidates are upto in the recruitment process
  • Be responsible for all employee life cycle administration
  • Maintain the HR data base
  • Provide accurate data to the line manager on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Collate payroll data and ensure it is up to date
  • Be a point of contact for the HR team and answer any queries or escalate

Profile

  • Experienced within HR
  • High communication skills written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritise tasks
  • Organisation and attention to details is a must
  • IT literate - Microsoft and HR systems
  • Experienced within a fast moving environment
