Oakleaf Partnership have partnered with an entrepreneurial, ambitious, and fast moving top 100 UK Law Firm. They are looking for a recruitment advisor to join their team in a newly created role for the hiring for a full range of employees including business services and business and support in addition to fee earners and management staff.
About the role:
In addition to the recruitment of a full range of employees the Recruitment Advisor will assist in the coordination of the induction and onboarding off all the new joiners to the firm and additionally gaining exposure from the Recruitment Manager and Early Careers Advisor on both graduate recruitment and lateral hiring.
The recruitment advisor will raise the firm's profile to increase candidate attraction and work on direct sourcing through alternative mediums.
Candidate profile/experience:
The ideal candidate would have a minimum of three years previous experience in direct sourcing within the legal recruitment sector either within agency or in house to focus on a longer-term talent mapping scheme.
The recruitment Coordinator will be a strong team player and lateral thinker who has the ability to forge strong relationships across the business with internal and external stakeholders communicating new ideas and initiatives.
