Ashley Kate HR are delighted to be working with a growing financial organisation who are looking to appoint HR Advisor on a 12 month FTC (maternity cover). The start day for this role will be in mid March, beginning of April.
This is hybrid role with the requirement of working 2 days in their office based in Ascot.
The salary is between £35,000 - £45,000.
You will be reporting directly to the Director of HR and working alongside HR Administrator, assisting with an ad-hoc projects and delivering HR advice and high standard.
Main duties:
- Supporting on all ER workload
- Coaching and developing line managers
- Supporting recruitment processes
- Updating HRIS system
- Drafting and updating policies and procedures in line with UK legislation
About you:
The ideal candidate will be a strong HR Generalist level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent. You will have demonstrable experience working in HR advisory position, preferably in financial or professional services industry. You will be a strong team player with advanced interpersonal skills and able to use own initiative and work proactively.
