Large professional services organisation in Bolton are recruiting for an Onboarding & Candidate Screening Manager. My client offers both a flexible and hybrid working offering with a competitive benefits package.

Your new role

In your new role you will be responsible for the delivery of new starter recruitment activity, onboarding, screening and new starter payroll set up activity across the organisation. You will provide specialist advice and support on all aspects of solutions relating to in-scope activities. First class people management skills will be required as well as a high standard of personal organisation. Prior experience of managing a team is essential as you will be responsible of the management of 11 individuals within the people services function.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
