As an Internal Recruiter you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process ensuring you build a strong employer brand and provide a positive candidate experience.

Our client are a leading FMCG organsiation based in Letchworth Garden City and are looking for an experienced recruiter to join their HR team. They are offering a competitive salary, hybrid working and great benefits!

Description

As an Internal Recruiter you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with hiring managers to write job adverts for current openings
  • Advertising jobs on relevant platforms such as Indeed and social media
  • Sourcing candidates through online channels
  • Screening candidate CV's and briefing them on relevant roles
  • Support with the interview process
  • Arranging interviews with the hiring managers and candidates
  • Feedback to hiring managers after interviews
  • Determine qualification criteria for each position
  • Support with budgeting and salary bench marking
  • Provide interview feedback to candidates
  • Participate in job fairs to boost companies reputation
  • Help new hires on-board

Profile

The successful Internal Recruiter will:

  • Have previous recruitment experience whether in-house or agency
  • Have solid understanding of the full-recruitment cycle
  • Be experienced using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Have excellent verbal and written skills
  • Be highly organised
