- up to £85,000 + 20-25% bonus + car allowance + 10% pension

Oakleaf Partnership are representing a top family law firm to recruit for an HR Coordinator. This is a newly created role as the team grows with the business. The HR coordinator role is multi-faceted, and the nature of the role is extremely varied.
About the role
The HR Coordinator will carry out day to day operational and human resources administration in addition to working with management on a number of ad hoc projects.
Main duties of the HR coordinator will involve HR Operations, day to day dealings in employee benefits, coordinating recruitment process and liaising with stakeholders and coordination of graduate training programmes.
Candidate profile/experience
The successful candidate will have been degree education and had previous experience following HR processes in a professional services environment.
The nature of the role is extremely busy so the HR Coordinator will be tenacious and have the ability to work effectively under pressure.
