Job Details

Our client is looking for a HR Administrator, to join their team. You will be surrounded with support in a people focused company. Your day to day will be supporting the Talent Acquisition team and the senior HR team. Being the first point of contact for the line managers, dealing with low level ER cases and escalating when necessary.

Your responsibilities will be but not limited to:

  • First point of contact for ER cases
  • Escalate HR matters when necessary
  • Administration for the employee life cycle, hires, promotions, leavers ect
  • Organise the induction and smooth welcome to the company
  • Respond and process absence issues
  • Support managers with the probation process
  • Ensure the HR systems are up to date
  • Process payroll adjustments and ad hoc payment


  • IT literate in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and HR systems
  • High communication levels in both written and verbal
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Knowledgeable on GDPR
  • CIPD level 3 desirable, but not essential
  • Previous experience working in a HR Admin role
