**Remote Role**
Ashley Kate are delighted to be working with a Global organisation who are looking to add a HR Advisor to their UK HR Team. This company have a strong culture and values, passionate about their people, and pride themselves on providing an exceptional HR service to their workforce!
The role is based remotely, with travel across UK sites.
About the role
This role is responsible for providing pragmatic and pro-active day-to-day employee relations support and guidance to Line Managers, covering all areas of the employee life cycle including performance, disciplinary, grievances, maternity/paternity, absence and restructuring.
Duties to include -
·Work in partnership with the business to provide strong professional HR advice and support to the business.
·Provide proactive advisory services to line managers on a range of human resources issues, employee life cycle procedures and policies
·Provide effective advice on policies and process in line with employment law, case law and best practice.
·Manage end-to-end employee relations cases
·Support, coach, guide and work closely with management to upskill their HR capabilities, building strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
·To support change initiatives, including acquisitions, restructures, redundancies, TUPE, redeployment and office closures
·To act as an ambassador for the business, promoting the company core values, and contributing to a positive people focused culture
·Produce Monthly HR report and HR statistics for HR and MDs
·Work closely with the HR Shared Service team
The ideal candidate will have:
·Strong employment law knowledge, and committed to continuous professional development.
·The ideal candidate will be a strong HR generalist from a professional services background, with a CIPD qualification or HR degree educated.
·You will have experience working within a team, but also in an autonomous role used to managing relationships across multiple sites.
·You will have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for occasional travel.
