Legal Firm - employee headcount circa 500Oakleaf Partnership Midlands are partnering with a fantastic law firm on a HR Manager hire to be based in Birmingham. The role will report to the HR Director supporting and leading on performance, engagement and HR projects. The firm is circa 500 employees and are a fantastic business to work for, the HR team is highly regarded in the business and the HR Director is a board seat holder.You will have a desire to work in a busy and challenging role and provide all operational support to the HR Director and Partners across the firm. You will be working closely with partners and managers on all aspect of HR and change activity and we do require an individual who can work at all levels and drive high performance across a business. Our client is looking for a strong generalist who has the ability to prioritise and have a strong track record on employee relations and knowledge of employment law.What are you responsible for?
Work with key stakeholders to drive high performance cultureProvide support and development to the HR AdvisorSupport the development and implementation of reward and recognition Manage the development and implementation of HR policies for the firmLead on all employee relations cases for the firm and guide and advise the management and leadership teams
We are looking for a great HR generalist who has an ability and desire to work in professional services, you will need to demonstrate a good holding of employee relations, HR projects, management experience and Reward. In this role, you would manage a HR Advisor and work closely with the HR Operations Manager, HR Director and the L&D Manager.
