Oakleaf Partnership are thrilled to be partnered with a global insurance broker, who are recruiting for a People Analytics Co-ordinator, on a permanent basis. This role will be responsible for providing insights and analytics to the business.
The role
You will be working with the People Analytics team to provide a view of the business' talent by maintaining people systems and being an expert in reporting from them and delivering ad hoc analysis to support specific initiatives. This is a great opportunity to utilise Workday.
Your experience
The successful candidate will be familiar with people systems and have exposure to HR, understanding the employee lifecycle.
