We are working in partnership with an excellent organisation in West London who are recruiting for a Talent Partner to join their team on a permanent basis in this newly created role. What is the role:
This is a fast-paced role where you will need to straddle both the strategic and operation aspects of Recruitment. The successful candidate will be able to build strong relationships with stake holders and identify recruitment gaps in the business. This role will include managing the complete recruitment process (end-to-end) for a high number of roles, whilst ensuring all candidates involved have the best candidate experience. Also, the successful candidate will be required to ensure that the careers site stays relevant in the market.
The role will involve daily use of the application tracking system, therefore previous experience working with an ATS for in-house recruitment is required. You will be required to partner with external partners and vendors for recruitment and assessment methodology.
- Experience in coaching, guiding, and developing recruitment for a business.
- Experience with recruitment projects.
- Experience working in a high-volume recruitment role - essential.
- The ability to work both strategically and operationally.
- Ability to build strong working relationships.
- Ability to promote ED&I and be a brand ambassador.
