Oakleaf is proud to be partnering with a global engineering company in their search for a People Partner to support the management population at 3 business sites. This role will suit a strong generalist with ER and compensation and benefits experience
What is the role?
You will be the strategic partner to the business delivering the people agenda as well as being the first point of contact for all HR related matters for your client group. Your key stakeholders will be the management population at 3 business sites for the region you support. You will need to be able to gain their trust, influence and support them.
As a generalist you will manage the full employee life cycle as well as working on strategic projects. You will act as the Centre of Expertise for Compensation and Benefits so good experience in this area is essential. A good understanding of UK employment law is also essential. You will help create and embed the culture making it a great place to work.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate that they have worked successfully in a generalist role, ideally with multi-site experience, supporting and influencing senior stakeholders. You will have experience in a dynamic work environment implementing HR policies and procedures and working within a broader HR matrix.
As this role supports client groups across multiple sites across the Home Counties. Multi-site experience is preferable.
