Global Benefits Manager

Frazer Jones are pleased to be partnering with a leading Fintech business in the heart of London. We are looking for a Global Benefits Manager to spearhead their benefits function. The company has been established in the financial services markets for a number of years and are going through a period of exciting growth which is built on M&A activity as well as organic progression. This is a global firm with circa 3000 employees. Their locations include the UK, US, Singapore, Australia and Spain and they are currently expanding into new countries across Europe and APAC.

As the Global Benefits Manager, you'll drive the employee benefits, pension and well-being agenda for the firm. You will own the benefits strategy and be responsible for ensuring it's a competitive offering in the market and aligns with the company values and initiatives. With the support of local HR teams and one direct report, you will also ensure the smooth day-to-day management of the global benefits. You will work closely with the Head of HR, Head of Reward and their projects team. Other elements of the role:

• Integration of new countries
• Ensuring the smooth transition of benefits during mergers and acquisitions
• Harmonisation of benefits
• Driving benefits to align with ESG and Well-being initiatives
• Introducing new benefits and reviewing/benchmarking existing benefits
• Managing vendor relationships and renewals
• Oversight of pensions and completing a full pensions review project (with vendor)
• Ensuring a positive employee experience and improving employee engagement
• Implement a new global benefits platform

This is a really broad, strategic benefits opportunity that will offer numerous projects to get stuck in to. The role will offer autonomy, ownership and investment to drive the benefits offering forward. The role will offer a competitive salary with an attractive bonus package and hybrid working. To be considered for this role it's essential you come with pensions experience. You should also have international benefits experience and be able to give examples of delivering on numerous benefits projects in previous roles. You should have strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence decision-makers and at times overcome barriers. You should be passionate and energetic about delivering a competitive employee benefits programme.
