An opportunity to work with this Private Equity Backed Technology company as it goes through an IPO. Working with the CPO and Head of Reward as Equity based LTIP and group share plans are created and launched.

Client Details

Our client are a global technology platform with operations globally but especially within the US, South America and UK / Europe. They are currently over 4000 in headcount and looking at a significant growth trajectory in the next 12-24 months. They are currently backed by Private Equity but expect to go through some form of structuring or IPO event shortly. They are professionally a culturally inquisitive and entrepreneurial firm.

Description

Reward - Share Plan Manager

You will play a truly global role, a pivotal member of the Reward team, responsible for managing the equity plans for the firm across the exec and group employee populations.

Responsibilities:

You will administer the employee equity grant and/or purchase plan(s) across the Executive and Non-Executive populations.

Processes transactions with outsourced vendors and brokers for employee exercise of stock option and other equity grants.

Answers all employee questions and resolves problems regarding equity plans and grants in conjunction with the team and external advisors.

Maintains employee equity database, updating information and running required and requested summary and detail reports.

In conjunction with internal partners, develops reporting and internal review processes and systems, employee communication and education programs, and grant recording and tracking mechanisms.

In collaboration with the Head of Reward manages relationships with outsourced vendors and brokers. Prepares and distributes grant documentation and agreements for new-hire and ongoing grants.

Works on special projects related to equity granting and reporting.

Profile

The Reward - Share Plan Manager in this role partners with the Head of Reward, Legal and Finance to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory, internal, and external reporting and requirements for equity plans and disclosures.

Consulting skills to drive and design equity projects with internal partners.

Act as a trusted partner to the People, Legal and Finance community.

Knowledge of characteristics of successful equity plans and programs.

Experience in preparing and delivering executive reports and presentations.

Experience required with interpreting financial planning and control measures and concepts, and business accounting procedures.

Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment.
