Exciting opportunity to specialise in Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, as ED&I HR BP within a fun, engaging and forward-thinking public service organisation. You will be leading the conversation on all things ED&I, training, coaching and educating the teams both on and off site. Promoting the benefits of a diverse workforce and an inclusive workplace.  


This role will be based in Huntingdon with the offer of Hybrid working, along with outstanding benefits like enhanced holiday entitlement and Pension. Open to part and full time working, (Part Time 3 days minimum). Travelling to the various sites across Cambridgeshire is part of the requirement so access to a vehicle and a full driver licence is essential.  


As ED&I Senior Partner you will play a key role in: 


  • Developing colleagues within the Service to have great inclusive conversations and bring their values and behaviours to life as advocates. Leading ED&I focused development, networking, focus groups, events and community engagement.  You will work with both operational and support colleagues as well as our local community to deliver the message that this service is an inclusive forward-thinking service. Building relationships to have open and honest conversations facing into a variety of topics to build the Service’s knowledge and understanding of all things ED&I.

As ED&I Senior Partner will need:  


  • CIPD level 5 or equivalent. Significant practical HR, L&D and/or ED&I experience. Comprehensive knowledge of employment law. Experience of creating and delivering training material, ideally ED&I topics.
