Our client, a global communications firm that partners with businesses and organizations to evolve, promote and protect their brands and reputations, is currently looking for an interim L&D Project Manager.

The role

The L&D Project Manager will support on the successful end to end delivery, communication and embedding of key L&D projects, initiatives and learning and development programmes, notably the early careers strategy for the global business, initially driving this across EMEA and specifically the Middle East. This role will work closely with the wider L&D global team, to help drive the global L&D people plan. The role will have specific responsibilities in the wider EMEA region in the deployment of L&D solutions, working closely with the L&D partner for EMEA.

The candidate

To be successful in this role you will have strong proven record of accomplishment of L&D project management capabilities, owning end-to-end projects independently and ideally experience working within the Early Careers space within a global business. Experience working within a matrix structure and strong stakeholder management skills is strongly desired.

In this role, you will be expected to deliver and sometimes create bespoke training and have strong written skills, including the ability to draft communications for a variety of audiences from employees to senior leadership, as well as ability to evaluate, track and report metrics across learning organization and measure impact and ROI.
