Reporting to HR Business Partner

I am working with a high profile, exciting organisation within the arts industry who are currently looking to recruit and experience HR Advisor. If you are an ambitious, proactive individual who has a passion for HR this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

About the role

This is an amazing opportunity for a self- motivated people Advisor to join the HR Business Partnering team. You will report into a HR Business Partner where you will be the first point of contact to your client teams for HR support and guidance on a range of HR matters, policies and procedures You will be also be responsible for the management of ER casework across the organisation.

Candidate profile

The successful candidate will have a passion for HR and will be motivated to make change within the organisation. To be the right person for the team you will ideally be CIPD qualified with a sound working knowledge of employment law. You will also have managed a high volume of cases end to end including expereince of advising on complex employee relations matters.
