This is a customer-facing HR Manager job in Norwich. An exciting opportunity to join a high-profile, multidisciplinary organisation with an international reach. The role will be a two year fixed term contract.
Working with an established HR team, you will help to support a headcount of around 800 employees across a variety of different business areas. You will be influential in supporting senior managers to delivery their strategic HR and OD plans.
The position will very much be a generalist people role working closely with the senior HR team on the full spectrum of HR activity including HR casework and employee relations, performance management, policy and procedures, change management and continuous improvement. You can also expect to be involved in some key projects that may include organisational design and delivery, values-based work and engagement.
The successful candidate will be an experienced HR Manager/Business Partner with a generalist HR background. They will be used to providing advice on a wide range of HR issues and be able to proactively lead on key HR projects and support organisational development. An excellent understanding of employment law and employee relations, an aptitude for researching and writing reports, and the ability to develop pragmatic, innovative solutions to complex problems, will be key in the role.
This is a two year fixed term contract and an on-site role. The role can be full or part-time and includes a generous benefits package.
