Client Details
The client is a leading FM business
Description
As Senior HR BP you will be responsible for;
- Leading on HR Operational activities for the assigned division, as part of the SLT
- Partner with the MD the Operations Director
- Has the autonomy to develop and implement any initiatives/plans needed across the division related to HR/Talent/EDI etc
- Lead on Bids and Mobilisation across the whole UK business including mentoring other HR Business Partners on bids/mobilisation across their divisions
- Lead on large scale TUPE and Change programmes
Profile
The successful candidate will;
- Be CIPD qualified
- Must have experience of bidding for work and working closely with Bids and Mobilisation teams for long term contracts
- Have worked in a similar organisation such as FM, Outsourced Logistics etc.
- Experience mobilising a front line workforce
