Senior HR Business Partner role

Client Details

The client is a leading FM business

Description

As Senior HR BP you will be responsible for;

  • Leading on HR Operational activities for the assigned division, as part of the SLT
  • Partner with the MD the Operations Director
  • Has the autonomy to develop and implement any initiatives/plans needed across the division related to HR/Talent/EDI etc
  • Lead on Bids and Mobilisation across the whole UK business including mentoring other HR Business Partners on bids/mobilisation across their divisions
  • Lead on large scale TUPE and Change programmes

Profile

The successful candidate will;

  • Be CIPD qualified
  • Must have experience of bidding for work and working closely with Bids and Mobilisation teams for long term contracts
  • Have worked in a similar organisation such as FM, Outsourced Logistics etc.
  • Experience mobilising a front line workforce
