Job Details
Joining a high performing team to cover for a maternity leave, you will be working as HR Business Partner aligned to central office and professional services function to deliver the people plan through your leaders and managers. The role is truly generalist in nature so previous experience in a similar role as HR Business Partner, or Senior HR Advisor is essential – ideally with a CIPD qualification or qualified by experience.
You will be working remotely, with travel to the office for monthly HR Meetings, but also on an as required basis for anything sensitive, confidential or high risk. You must be comfortable leading on all areas of employee relations and in translating any case work insights into people actions and interventions. As HR Business Partner you will also be:
- Talent Management and development – working with team managers to identify high performing individuals and create development plans to get them ready to take on their next role, and to identify skills gaps, and succession needs and to build this into an effective talent acquisition programme. Owning the L&D calendar to support mandatory and development training for all members of your stakeholder groups. Contribution to a key project to select, implement and embed a new HR Systems. Liaison with pay and benefits teams, including potential engagement with union representatives. Partnering with managers and team leaders in the implementation and adoption of new HR Policies and Processes.
You must be available to start work immediately and ready to commit to a fully 12/13 month contract. In return you will be generously remunerated in delivering your role, with the full support of the HR team, including the other HR BP who is working with a separate part of the organisation.
