Reward Analyst Required

Your new company

he key purpose of this role is to support the wider Reward & Governance Team to build and deliver a well informed and compliant reward and recognition strategy through the design and development of pension, reward and governance data models/analysis for use in both regulatory and total reward analysis and in the production of insightful, accurate and timely reward management information across all the Departments and areas of responsibility.

Your new role

  • Preparation of the data along with data validation for all the annual benchmarking submissions for our chosen providers of benchmark pay data.
  • Completion of the bi-annual benchmark analysis to provide insight into the Society's total reward profile against external market data.
  • Support to the annual bonus process by initiating, updating and creating bonus plans in Workday
  • Production of an appropriate model to help collate and then analyse the data required for the Total Remuneration Report to allow the Reward Leads to complete the end of year regulatory reporting requirements including the Director Remuneration Report, Pillar 3, MRT Tables and the Remuneration Policy Statements.
  • Responsible for providing any compensation data requirements of the team and M.I required from Workday.
  • Management of the Senior Manager and Certification management information.
  • Support with the production of data and insights into Conduct Rule Breach data to aid the required regulatory reporting.
  • Support with the review the annual My Voice and Best Companies feedback to identify areas in the data that might provide further insights into areas to celebrate and areas for further improvement in our Total Reward Package.
  • Support the Society's change agenda by acting as SME for any larger scale change that requires reward data analytics.
  • Responsible for compliance to the Model Governance frameworks and Data Retention Policies for the Reward and Governance team.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Graduate calibre or equivalent work experience, preferably in a Reward or Analytics function.
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Analytical - i.e. an excellent ability to analyse and understand what the business/reward needs, articulate this, and turn it into real solutions.
  • Ability to follow quality standards for self and team to ensure a high standard of Management Information is maintained at all times.
  • An ability to use data interrogation, manipulation and reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage workload whilst adhering to tight deadlines for delivery.
  • Ability to think in a structured and logical manner.
  • A good general understanding of the reward and recognition frameworks
  • Working knowledge of the Workday system.
  • Has previously had working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and utilised to an advanced level.
