Your new role
Joining a Transformation program, you will operate as Interim People Transformation Director to develop, lead and embed the people strategy to allow the HR offering to more tailored to individual business units. You will also be responsible for overseeing the implementation of a query management system allowing better collaboration, service excellence and insights.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have led HR transformation within a global matrix professional or financial services firm where you will have overseen an HR function of 300+ heads. You will be able to demonstrate how you have implemented technology led solutions for HR - ServiceNow/Workday would be an advantage. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to influence and engage at a senior level as well as engage and lead teams through transformation and culture change. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and can commit to hybrid working, working bi monthly from the Central London office. For the right person, this could become a permanent People Director role operating in a more business as usual capacity.
