I am working with my client to recruit a driven Talent Acquisition Manager. This organisation currently employs over 2000 people with a diverse range of job roles and responsibilities.
This role is responsible for the whole recruitment function, providing leadership, guidance, and support to the wider HR team.
You will be responsible for the operational day to day decisions and will contribute to the strategic element of the role.
You must have a proven track record in implementing strategic initiatives, this is key in an evolving job market. You will champion diversity in all conversations and team recruitment activity.
This role is ideal for someone with inhouse experience, who can adapt their recruitment style and is looking to get their arms around a department.
