Oakleaf is proud to be partnering with a global engineering company working in the "renewables" space in their search for a Learning and Development Lead. This role is a newly created and is critical to support the future of learning within our client.
What is the role?
This newly created role will work as part of the group Learning and Development function to oversee the running of the learning programme portfolio. You will engage with stakeholders to ensure learning programmes and initiatives are aligned to business needs, and where necessary work with suppliers to design and develop new programmes. You will build relationships with HRBP's globally, ensuring learning is embedded in the business and supported in the right way.
Candidate Profile
You will have experience working in a global matrix organisation, developing and delivering a suite of blended learning solutions. Strong communication, engagement, and stakeholder management skills are a must. You will be commercially away, keen to develop new skills and have a passion for professional development in learning.
