Learning and Development Coordinator

(South) London in beautiful office facilities and remote (hybrid working pattern)

3 days a week in the office is required.

£40,000 per annum

We are working in partnership with a fantastic Energy organisation in London who are recruiting for a Learning and development Coordinator to join the team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting role for an experienced professional who is looking for their next step in a varied role with a flexible organisation that offer a great culture and a long list of benefits.

This role would suit a candidate who has previous experience working with an LMS in a coordination role and preferably worked with data sets and reporting.

What is the role:

Working for the Development team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination for the Learning inbox. This is a full coordination role that will be required to set up training events, upload attendance, coordinate in person training events for group programmes, and arranging travel.

Also, an integral part of the role will include assisting in setting up the system for campaigns including mandatory learning and performance campaigns. Reporting and data sets will be included in this role.

The Leaning Coordinator will have the chance to be involved In exiting projects, work with people across the whole business at all levels and handle the logistics for upcoming events. An opportunity not to be missed!

Candidate profile/experience:

  • Experience working with a LMS (Learning management system)
  • Experience working in global reporting - desirable.
  • Coordination experience - essential
  • Proven stakeholder management experience and skills
