Client Details

The client is in the Not for Profit sector

Description

  • Responsible for leading and managing Corporate Services including, HR, Health and Safety, Finance & IT (4 direct reports)
  • Responsible to the CEO and Board of Trustees, part of the Executive Leadership Team
  • Develop and deliver HR and People Strategy across the organisation
  • Lead on complex ER casework across the business
  • Manage annual budgets and forecasting processes
  • Review monthly accounts and report financial results of the business to Exec team, finance committee and trustees
  • Ensure all corporate services are managed appropriately, fully compliant and have robust strategies in place to deliver high quality services to the business

Profile

  • Proven track record managing more than one team
  • HR or Finance qualification, with a good understanding of the other
  • Strategic thinker able to develop strategic plans, able to convert to operational plans
  • Strong stakeholder management skills at the senior level
  • Project management skills
  • Strong Employment Law knowledge
  • Able to make financial decisions
