Ashley Kate pleased to be working with a reputable brand within the West Midlands, Lichfield, who are on the look out for a People Advisor to join the team on a permanent basis.
This role will be a mixture of working from home, working from their office in Lichfield a few days a week and travel to the Norwich office once to twice a month.
Salary £36,000 DOE.
This role is responsible for delivering a high-quality proactive People service, providing best practice guidance, support, and advice throughout each stage of the employee life cycle.
The People Advisor will support the delivery of Strategic Goals by using their specialist expertise to help ensure our teams are motivated and engaged, and are able to, and do, perform to the best of their abilities.
What the role includes:
·Proactively support managers to identify and effectively manage organisational change, providing specialist advice and guidance through the change process.
·To be responsible for ensuring we have up to date and accurate workforce data in I-Trent and that we are using the system as effectively and efficiently as possible.
·To participate in the design, development, and delivery of People based learning and development activities, providing both 1:1 and group training and development.
·To proactively lead an effective and efficient recruitment process, supporting managers and candidates throughout the process to ensure the candidate experience is positive and that we recruit the right people with the right skills into the right job at the right time.
Skills and Qualifications:
·Friendly and approachable, great team player as well as being self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative
·Excellent attention to detail in all areas of work
·Confident, proactive communicator with the ability to communicate effectively through all mediums/channels and to all levels of people
·Ability to build and maintain key relationships with all stakeholders
·Positive 'can do' attitude and approach to problem solving
