I am working with a highly regarded charity who are currently looking to recruit an individual who will be responsible for ensuring the charity attracts the strongest talent. About the role

The individual that secures this post will work in a supportive and collaborative team where they will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process. They will be involved in all aspects which include being the main point of contact for recruitment activity as well as having the opportunity to lead on resourcing projects that are directed by the HR Manager.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate will be a team player who has strong attention to detail and is able to work well under pressure. This individual will be able to work autonomously - having a passion for the charity's work is key to being successful in this post. The candidate who secures this post will be self-motivated and will have experience working in a busy and collaborative environment as a member of the recruitment team
