A blend of HR Operations and Business Partnering this role will support the business across the HR spectrum.

Market leading Industrial Machinery Manufacturer.

Description

The key responsibilities for this role are:

  • Servicing a growing headcount through a significant period of growth for the business
  • Report to Head of HR - act as number 2/deputy
  • Manage the RPO team and oversee the recruitment process via the RPO portal - ensuring all parties including line managers follow process to ensure speedy recruitment. Management of the internal vacancy list working closely with Corporate Planning to ensure it is accurate.
  • Oversight and management of ER caseload. Liaise and coach line managers as needed
  • Work with Head of HR and Business Managers on the L&D plan
  • HR systems and administration. Line management of HR & Payroll Co-ordinator. Delivery of effective employee service with speedy and accurate responses to employee queries. Ensure systems are up to date and accurate and able to deliver meaningful management information
  • Support the Head of HR with audit and compliance activity
  • HR change projects as required
  • Potential travel to UK sites may be needed

Profile

The successful candidate will be:

  • Immediately available
  • Able to commute to Weybridge
  • Strong Generalist
  • CIPD qualified
  • Experience managing an RPO
  • Exposure to a range of Employee relation
