  • 12-month FTC, maternity cover

I am partnering with a global and leading in its field, insurance firm on their search for a Senior HR Advisor. This role will have ownership of 3 larger proportions of the business' client groups and is a range of exciting and very versatile groups ranging from Professional services to claims management.

The role

This Senior HR Advisor role is a very exciting progression opportunity for the right HR Advisor, you will gain exposure to a large proportion of the businesses stakeholders. For instance, each week there is a Professional Services meeting in which HR input is a key factor and you will be able to attend. You will work closely with the CEO of one of the client groups which will give you great exposure and excellent relationship building opportunities. There is also opportunity to get involved heavily in D&I initiatives and succession framework projects.


The successful Senior HR Advisor will be conscientious, have excellent relationship-building skills and have a passion for this. You will ideally have professional services or legal background, giving solid advice to these client groups. You will have fresh ideas, and be a solutionist - you will have create ways of solving solutions and not always stick to the status quo!
