Group Learning & Development Lead - Sutton - £60-70K + car allowance and benefits including up to 10% pension contribution. Hybrid 3 days in the Sutton office and 2 from home per week.

What is the role?

L&D Lead for Head office and Engineering population (your remit will not include off-shore) on a global scale.

This role is ideal for someone who is familiar working within a matrix organisation as it has an international reach to it, and complex structure/ liaisons across the people / L&D teams globally. With 13000 employees globally, and 300-400 based out of the Sutton, UK office.


Seeking a Group Learning and Development Lead to join our Group Learning and Development Team. This position will report into the Group Learning and Development Manager and support the team to drive the future of Learning within the global business. This role is a full-time role and will be based from out of the Sutton office.

What will your responsibilities involve?
* Work with suppliers to design and develop our new learning programmes
* Work as part of the Group L&D team to oversee the running of the current learning programme portfolio
* Engage with the business stakeholders to ensure our programmes and initiatives are aligned with the business needs
* Build relationships with the HRBP's globally, ensuring that learning is embedded and supported in the right way
* Support with the running of annual campaigns, such as festival of learning, Performance Management and Compliance
* Manage the updates to our capability frameworks and support the roll out and engagement
* Ensure our programmes are delivering against our Being 7 ethos through effective evaluation
