ER Advisor / ER Specialist, 2-3 Months, 100% remote, £150-£175 per day

Your new role
As an Interim ER Specialist- 2-3 Months, (could extend) you will be part of an ER team reporting into an ER Manager and will be responsible for managing large volumes of ER cases from end-end, disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence, performance management, maternity, paternity and flexible working and coaching managers on HR best practice.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as an ER Specialist or HR Advisor, who has managed large volumes of ER cases from end-end and managed complex cases. You will ideally be qualified to level 5 of the CIPD or above or equivalent. You must be able to start with no more than 1 weeks notice.
