Your new role
You'll aid with SLT to develop recruitment strategies & plans, manage and promote the optimization of recruitment channels, including but not limited to headhunting, recruitment branding & EVP, ED&I and to improve effectiveness and international presence. People management of a small team and working with various EMEA hiring managers also come with the role's responsibilities.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll have strong understanding of talent and competency models, recruiting fundamentals, competitive market awareness, and online social media presence. You'll have experience in headhunting in the gaming market (3+ years minimum) in addition to possessing a rich network in gaming industry broadly across many areas of business. Experienced in recruiting internationally, ideally across the EMEA.
