Organisational Development Manager

A key role, as Learning and Organisational Development Manager supporting a team of specialist colleagues, operating as a key part of the community – you will be responsible for a small team working with key stakeholders to support in promoting and modelling the cultures and values of the organisation and translating this into behaviours and actions to bring these to flie. . 

As Learning and Organisational Development Manager, you will be working with senior stakeholders and senior leadership team to translate the people strategy and create:

• Meaningful employee engagement activity resulting in tangible events to meet the needs of the workforce. Translating performance appraisal data into training plans, succession plans, identifying talent and building the workforce of the future. Working with the leadership team to understand the future skills needed by the organisation and translate this into talent acquisition and training and development plan. Managing the team responsible for embedding these plans throughout the organisation, creating and curating content for learning and development interventions.  Analysing and reporting on insight and outcomes.
