Learning and Development Advisor

L&D Advisor job Leeds + hybrid - stand alone autonomous role!

I am delighted to be working exclusively with a professional services organisation who are looking to appoint to a new L&D Advisor job, as they continue to invest in and enhance their people strategy.

Your new role
Reporting in to the HR Director, you will be responsible for all learning and talent development activities within the organisation. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will identify the training and development needs across the business and optimising the Learning Management System, you will design, create and deliver all learning and employee development programmes, using a range of different methodologies and styles to suit the needs. You will be proactive in your approach to talent development, collaborating to provide and develop CPD and progression plans with HR, SMEs and the senior leadership team. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, working with all job roles and levels, apprenticeships and mentoring schemes, and involvement with the learning strategy for the next 3-5 years.

What you'll need to succeed
If you have worked as a Learning & Development Advisor, Business Partner or Facilitator recently, we want to hear from you!

You will have experience designing and delivering a wide range of training solutions, including technical, systems and soft skills, using a blended approach. You will have excellent systems skills yourself, and competency using and optimising a Learning Management System. Digital eLearning creation skills would be an advantage but not essential. You will have great people skills, able to build excellent relationships with learners, colleagues, internal and external stakeholders and suppliers for collaborative learning and working. If you have experience of designing or facilitating leadership development programmes, and working in a professional service industry recently, that would be a distinct advantage.
