HR Shared Services Manager, 10-11 Month FTC, £55,000-£60,000, Milton Keynes

Your new company
Hays have a fantastic opportunity for an HR Shared Services Manager-10-11 Month FTC, could lead to permanent, within a progressive, growing, multi-national, commercial organisation based in Milton Keynes.

Your new role
As an HR Shared Services Manager, (10-11 Month FTC-Could lead to permanent) you will report to the Director of Shared Services and lead the effective delivery of HR Shared Services across the Group by sharing and implementing an improved Service Delivery model, inspiring the team to develop a culture of continuous improvement and customer excellence.
Responsibilities will include:

Lead the HR Shared Service function of 20 employees, to deliver a professional HR Shared Service across the Group, adding value and looking at cost effective improvements.

Monitor the performance of the operational teams against Service Level Agreements and compliance with agreed HR processes and provide insight to the Director of HR Shared Services Operations, to influence the key priorities and agree actions required.

Lead, coach and engage diverse teams to ensure they have the capability and motivation to deliver against agreed objectives and continue to develop their skills and behaviours in line with business goals

Contribute to the development and implementation of the evolving Service Delivery Model, using insight and expertise to add value to the business and drive enhanced performance.


What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as an HR Shared Services Manager, who has managed, managers and had a large team of direct and in-direct reports. You must have experience working in a large, fast-paced, commercial. You will ideally be Qualified to level 5 of the CIPD or above or equivalent. You will ideally be available at no more than 4 weeks notice.
