L&D Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Learning Systems and Programme Co-ordinator within a global energy company. Based in the Sutton, London. This role sits within the organisation's Global learning and development team, supporting 38 countries. The post holder would be responsible for co-ordinating all L&D activities, taking full ownership.

You will be responsible for:

• Acting as a first point of contact, manging the learning and development mailbox
• Producing reports using learning management system
• Collating feedback from L&D sessions and analysing trends within the business.
• Managing and setting up training events
• Advising and supporting employees with their own learning and development plans, in line with the company policy.
• Co-ordinating in person training events.
• Managing relationships with key stake holders and suppliers.
• Facilitate the delivery of both online and in person training exercises.
• Supporting on wider L&D projects when required.
