A tenacious Talent Advisor to join a national FM business to recruit engineering / hard services roles.
Your new company
My client is one of the largest Facilities Management (FM) businesses in the UK who are proud to work with a vast portfolio of companies across many different sectors.
Your new role
As a Talent Advisor, you will report to a Talent Business Partner who was recently promoted (the reason for this opportunity).
- To support the Talent Business Partner and Head of Talent in executing the recruitment strategy across the organisation
- To be recognised as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Technical and Hard Services recruitment across 2 x key contracts throughout the UK.
Working hours: 40 / week, 9am-5pm (Monday-Friday including 1 hour lunch). This position offers hybrid working of 3 days office (Eastleigh) vs 2 days home / week.
You may be required to travel to client sites outside Hampshire, but this is on rare occasions (approximately once / 3 months). Due to this, you must hold a UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
What you'll need to succeed
This role will suit a highly motivated person who is a good communicator and who is technically minded. You must have some experience of recruiting Hard Services / Engineering roles such as: Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, Project Managers and Asset Managers. Having recruited a high volume of positions will be an advantage too.
Although it is essential that you have recruited these job titles, my client is flexible on background and will consider someone who is a Resourcer looking for a step up, an agency recruiter keen to move internally or a talent acquisition / internal recruiter wanting a change.
What you'll get in return
My client offers a market led salary, 25 days holiday +BH's, free onsite parking, a generous bonus based on your success (OTE) and hybrid working as mentioned above.
