Employee Relations Advisor Cannock £35,000 + Benefits Permanent

You will be working for a large utilities company based in Staffordshire as an ER Advisor.

Your new role
Creating and delivering an excellent customer service experience through a quality and professional first line ER advisory service to all UK employees. Providing general ER, policy and legislative advice. Working closely with colleagues in HR Services and Business Unit HR teams to ensure a seamless and effective service to all UK employees.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar role will ultimately lead to your success. Some of your roles and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Develop trusted relationships by ensuring a first class ER first-line advisory service is delivered and trusted advice is given
• Ensure that every customer receives an excellent customer experience ensure that our customer service approach is adhered to at all times
• Provide real time assistance to customers covering all first line ER queries, along with identifying when and where queries should be handed to specialist functions in ER and HR Services
• Work collaboratively with the other Business Unit HR and HR Services teams to enable cross-working and knowledge share for the benefit of all of our people.

What you'll get in return
You will receive an annual salary of £35,000, plus benefits including an annual bonus. This business operates a hybrid working policy, therefor you will be required to be working on site at least two days per week.
